Notice to Users of Virtual Patent Marking Webpage and List:

This Webpage and the List provided below are posted on the Internet to give notice to the public of patent rights in compliance with the virtual patent marking provisions of the United States under 35 U.S.C. § 287(a). There is no charge or other requirement for accessing this publicly available information.

The List is posted on the Internet at the web address, shown in the following: pat. www.iftech-technologies.com/ip (“Link”), which is fixed on or otherwise associated with a corresponding patented article to give constructive notice to the public of the patent(s) listed. The List may also identify patent rights arising in jurisdictions outside the United States.  

The List provided below associates patented articles, as products listed under PRODUCT NAME (“Products”), with patents, applications, and/or publications (collectively "Properties"). The List includes a product identification for each Product, which is marked on the Product. Alternatively, or in addition, the product identification may be marked on packaging or materials relating to or otherwise provided with the Product. The product identification may be associated on the List with one or more of the following indicators: one or more patent number(s) for issued patents with a TYPE indicated as "Patent", “patent pending” for filed patent applications prior to issuance with a TYPE indicated as "Application", or with the TYPE listed as "Expired Patent" for a patent that has expired.

To find a Property on the List, locate the product identification (model number, product number, trademark, etc.) on or otherwise used provided with the corresponding Product and search for it on the List. Some Products might not be associated with a corresponding Property. If a product identification is not specifically identified on the List,  the Product might not be marked with the Link or might not have a Property associated with it. Check the Product, its packaging, materials, or a corresponding label for other patent marking such “patent pending,” or the expression “patent” or “pat.” followed by one or more specific patent numbers (known as “Traditional Patent Marking”) instead of the Link.

Individual components that are part of a patented composition, system, kit, or assembly (“Assembly”) may be marked with the Link, or with Traditional Patent Marking, even though the component(s) themselves might not be patented. Similarly, an Assembly may be marked even though only one or a collection of components of the Assembly are patented and the Assembly might not be patented. This could occur due to circumstances or characteristics of the patented Assembly or patented component(s) that make marking the unpatented component(s) or unpatented Assembly appropriate. The purpose of posting such a component or Assembly on the List is to provide constructive notice of the patented Assembly or patented component(s) and is not intended to claim rights to the unpatented Assembly or unpatented component(s) as being patented, unless such Assembly or component(s) are separately patented. 

The patent process is dynamic and the contents of the List, including the association(s) between Products and Properties, may change due to events including but not limited to filing, publication, issuance, licensing, product changes, expiration, abandonment, and other circumstances. The List is updated periodically, although recent changes relating to Products or Properties may not yet be reflected at the time of access. Patent applications may be pending or published, and patents may have issued in the United States and elsewhere which are not identified on the List. The associations between Products and Properties on the List are maintained in good faith to provide public notice consistent with virtual patent marking practices, to provide constructive notice of the Properties associated with identified Products, and do not constitute infringement determinations.

Infringement determinations may depend on subsequent legal and factual developments, including but not limited to claim construction, discovery, expert analysis, continuation practice, file wrapper estoppel, reissue proceedings and evolving evidentiary records. Accordingly, the inclusion or absence of any feature, configuration, embodiment, implementation, component, assembly, or variant of any Product on the List, is not a representation, admission, disclaimer, concession, or limitation regarding the actual or subsequently determined scope of any Property or claim therein.

Efforts will be made to maintain this Webpage, the Link, and the List active and up to date. The Link, Webpage, and/or List may be unavailable from time to time without advance notice due to an unintended outage or maintenance.   

The List might not identify all Products or Properties, and Products not on the List may be associated with one or more Properties in the United States or elsewhere. Absence of a Property and/or associated Product from the List does not necessarily mean that notice is unavailable, as actual notice or other forms of notice may apply. Properties associated with a Product using Traditional Patent Marking, and Properties having method claims, are but two examples of why a Property might not be on the List yet entitled to the full measure of damages available under law. Absence of any Property and/or Product from the List does not prevent nor limit enforcing any and all legal rights and remedies available to the absent Property. Including Properties on the List that are not currently associated with a Product and, similarly, Properties with method claims associated with a Product resulting from or otherwise related to the method claim(s), may be provided to facilitate additional public notice even if currently not required under 35 U.S.C. § 287(a) and applicable judicial interpretations.
